Hôtel Longemalle Genève - Centre ville

Front desk was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check early at around 10am . Very much appreciated after a red eye flight! The rooms were clean and well appointed. The bed was especially comfy. Enjoyed the extra touches like complimentary bottles of water, excellent in-room coffee and heated bathroom floors. The location can’t be beat. Close to the train and bus stops and convenient to the many shops and restaurants nearby. Had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel and would recommend highly.

Perfect location between the two main shopping roads, this hotel really offers a great experience. Not only are the rooms nice, but also the restaurant on the 1st floor is worth a visit. One of my favourite hotels in Genève.

Lovely place close to the lake and downtown. Rooms are cool and service is nice. Maybe breakfast could be improved with more dished cooked and larger variety of food at the buffet.

I would have given 5 as the location is spot on, the decor is nice, the room is comfy but... The breakfast was unacceptably low in sortiment, I would say even suffering with quality issues. As the same place is used for a really good Lebanese restaurant in the evening they have the ability but not the willingness (?) to do something great (or at least good). Why not sell the rooms without breakfast instead and spare the disappointment?
