Radisson Hotel & Suites, Gdansk

Our stay at the Radisson hotel & suites Gdansk was excellent. You really get your moneys worth while staying here. Beautiful hotel in a great location. Helpful and friendly staff. If you care for spa it was included in the price and had three types of saunas and three pools. Massages where great as well.

Great central location. Very nice room. I had booked on booking.com the same evening and arrived shortly after, but the booking had not shown yet. I would have liked the staff to offer to leave my heavy bag there whilst I went out for dinner, but that's only some feedback. Everything else was great. I hope to use the spa in future, I just didn't have time on this occassion.

A hotel which although new, integrates into the local surroundings perfectly. The interior decor is great, rooms are spacious and the SPA is fantastic! You cannot also ask for a better location in Gdansk! Breakfast is a bit disappointing if truth be told however the staff (especially Aleksandra on reception) ensure that any problems are swiftly and effectively sorted out! We will visit again!

The hotel has a nice updated interior, and its location is perfect. The breakfast however was not worth it, the scrambled eggs were so undercooked it looked like a soup, and I was disappointed that they didn’t have beans to go with the eggs and bacon. Besides that there wasn’t much variety. We got to the hotel early, and I’ve never experienced this before, but our room was actually available, BUT they wanted us to pay a fee to get it early.. so instead of showing good customer service and letting us get the room, they’d rather leave it just sitting there, unused, until 15:00. We’ve always been early everywhere we’ve visited because of the flight times, and we’ve never had this problem before. The spa was cute! Sadly it was really cold there, even the hot tub wasn’t that hot, we ended up having to leave cause I started freezing. We only got to visit it once since there were so many people there the second day that they had no available time slots, since you have to book that beforehand.
