Hilton Gdansk

Basically ok, but the the appreciation as a diamond member isn’t noticeable. Completely the same upgrade usage, the same benefits as Gold members. Three years ago you got as a diamond member a welcome gift in your room and you get 25% discount for the restaurant AND the spa. In 2022 you don’t get the smallest welcome gift and you get, analogous to the Gold member only 10% discount for restaurant OR spa. The breakfast was also not worth mentioning, no fresh cooked eggs, the finished warm dishes were all cold. There is no reason for diamond members to book this hotel.

Very nice location right at the gates of old town but out of the crazy crowds and noise. I had breakfasts included and it was very nice with lots of options. Very nice and helpful staff. They could improve a bit on cleanliness especially inside the pool, grout needs attention.

It was not the first my stay here. I was really delighted with the entire staff. They are all welcoming, friendly and helpfull with a very positive attitude towards guest's needs. I would recommend rooms with Moltava river view....just breathtaking. I daresay this is the best place to stay in Gdansk. I'll stay here again for sure.

Great hotel. Located is great being  located right on walkway by river.  This area of old town is wonderful with lots of good restaurants and shops.  Hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Room big with comfy bed, great pillows,  bathriom with large soaking tub, plus shower, and lots of towels. All employees friendly and informative.  Breakfast good. Pool, sauna and steam room very relaxing.  Many sites within walking distance or taxi/ Ubers available. If ever in Gdansk again would definitely stay at this Hilton again!
