Victoria Hotel Galway

This hotel is a handy central location in the city, very close to the train and bus stations. Hotel breakfast included small buffet and also table service for hot breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Our room included a bath and great hot shower, comfy bed but the only personal downfall for me was that the pillows weren't comfortable. Would recommend for a quiet stay!

Phenomenal employees who make this hotel v special. It was absolutely excellent from Start to finish. Everywhere we met the hotel staff from initial reception to the housekeeping and restaurant/bar staff, they went over and above in terms of helpfulness, and friendliness and genuine care and attention. I cannot think of more outstanding staff across the board in all the hotels I have been in in Ireland and there has been many through work. The location obviously could not have been better. It was excellent value. We had a salad, Pizzas and cocktails, all of which were excellent. We look forward to visiting again and thank you for making our stay so special.

Hotel is perfectly situated right odd Eyre Sq which makes is easy to move about by foot. The staff within the hotel are friendly and the rooms were clean and beds comfy. Food from the bar was amazing as wore the coctails, they lost a star cause of the bill system and kept getting orders mixed up and tried to charge for drinks we didn't order, this may be a staff communication issue but it was the only downfall.

Staff are so lovely and great customer service which is absolutely key. I have stayed a few times now and the rooms are a decent size, spotless, and how can you beat that location directly on Eyre Square? 10/10 will be back.
