I enjoyed my stay here from start to finish. The receptionist was very friendly, informative and courteous. The room was very spacious, warm, quiet, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and clean, and easy to sleep in. I left my watch behind accidentally in my room, and a month later the hotel rang me to say that they had found it. I was delighted with the phone call and they even posted it to my home address. Thank you so much for your kindness and excellent customer service! I will definitely return here in future.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Dublin. Easy walk to Temple Bar and other key sites and food district. I stayed with my family - young children. And it was a comfortable stay. Staff were nice and helpful. There's s mini gym which can be used by  one person at one time. You'll need to book a gym slot at reception.

Lovely hotel in a terrific location in central Dublin. It's very quiet and you get a peaceful night's sleep. I was in room 209, which is ideally on the same floor as the restaurant, small bar, mini gym and meeting rooms. I've been here a few times over the years and it's always been the same high standard of quality and service. You're near shopping centres, pubs, restaurants and all the major attractions. Breakfast was included with my stay, it was self service and no limit to how much you wanted to eat. Hotel check-in said 4pm, but they kindly let me have my room on arrival at 3pm. There's a nice seating area beside reception, perfect if you're waiting to meet a friend.

The location is fantastic - 5 minute walk from O’Connell Bridge and the Q-Park Spire car park for which the hotel validates the parking ticket for a discounted price.
The room was nice, plenty of storage and the bed was super comfy!  Didn’t hear any noise from neighbouring rooms and our room looked out onto the courtyard on level 2 so there was no traffic noise apart from the odd emergency vehicle.
Breakfast was a buffet / self-serve on Sunday and Monday mornings, and on Tuesday we had to order the cooked breakfast but continental was still self-serve.  The sausages were delicious!  Had such a good breakfast every day we didn’t bother having lunch.
No negatives, I loved my stay and would recommend to anyone, and I will stay again when next in Dublin.
