Mixed emotions… The location is very convenient and close to the city centre. Also there is available parking for the guests. The staff was generally friendly. The noise level was low even the hotel was full (very important for me). However there are few things that maybe keep me away the next time and look for another hotel. The room was quite old. Definitely in need of renovation. The pictures look much different. The mattress was terrible!! So small and so old!! You could feel it. I really had a very bad sleep. The bathroom renovated but nothing special… For the price I payed, maybe I could find something better.

First impressions are great with Lobby and entrance very inviting. We stayed on first floor at rear of hotel and the room was lovely. Very modern bathroom and shower, good TV and double and single beds. No spare space but all well used. Excellent value for money.

We loved this hotel. We booked a package through BA so was such good value, as breakfast was included as well. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly as were the restaurant staff which did make up for the poor service. Would definitely recommend and return if we were in Dublin again.

Lovely hotel. Great friendly staff...think bar staff get more interested in USA guests than others as they seemed to get more attention than us mancs at the bar!
We had fab room.. but slight accident with a window whilst trying to open due to high heat ..staff brilliantly responsive and provided us with complimentary refreshments which well appreciated. Definitely stay again.
