I slept there only one night, and it served it's purpose - a place to sleep that also suits my pocket.
Reception is clean and efficient, and service was thoughtful and very helpful.
Showers -  I must admit, I was discussed, the floor was greasy, as not been thoroughly cleaned for quite a while and had some sunseeds shells on it, water drainer was full with hairs and some other unidentified things, usually I wouldn't mind, but I had to stand on the drainer if I wished to be in the middle of the water stream of the shower.
Now, I don't expect shared showers would be sparkling shining, yet aids to clean after ourselves, a trash can and maybe some signs to remind the guests to keep it clean, will help keep the shower cleaner.
I've been in other showers in Copenhagen, so I have something to compare to, that shower was the worst!!! Water stream itself was very very weak and temperature was just enough so you can't say it's cold.
Room - was clean, enough storage space.
Bed was comfortable, yet I think it's time to replace the mattresses.
Overall - I would come back to this hotel as last resort.

Overall staff are courteous, not much amenities and only serve breakfast. Has a nice cafe and lots of sitting area for meeting friends in lobby. Nice location as it is near a canal which has a very nice walk and also near shops and amenities. Also near Tivoli (amusement park) and central train and metro station which is good for inbound travellers.

Clean, well lit and comfortable. The room was small and functional. AC worked well, bed was comfortable, shower was very nice and powerful. WiFi worked flawlessly. Staff were friendly, location was very convenient. Breakfast was a little limited in choice but not in any significant way. It was very clean and cosy and felt a pleasure to eat breakfast. Check-in and out was easy. For the price I paid I would certainly recommend it and will definitely look to stay there again in the future. The only point that wasn't amazing was the curtain covering the large window didn't block the light too well, so it was not as dark as I would have liked during the night.

I was on level 2, it was quiet and a good size for 1 person. Loved the heated bathroom floors and room specific wall controlled temperature. Breakfast on level 10 was picturesque. The only warm food was soft boiled eggs and coffee - but I didnt mind. Given the prices of coffee in copenhagen, I think the breakfast was good value. Would have prefer a EFT system for luggage storage as I don't carry cash and really didn't want to get cash out just for this.
