We loved the room, the comfy bed, the bathtub with plenty hot water, the whites fluffy towels changed everyday, the big balcony and the atmosphere. Location is fine, 5 minutes to the beach and 15 walking to the old town. We had the best room ( 31) at second floor, near the big terrace, we can see the sea , the nice garden and the street above, the elevator was new and modern, all  persons at the reception where kind and helpful and we rented a nice car from here, with a normal excess and good daily  price. Before leaving to the airport we've tried the coffee from their bar and it was very tasty and cheaper than in town. The price of our room was very good also. I recommend this hotel!”

Very good location in a quiet residential area and two minutes to Neo Chora beach and its selection of tavernas and bars.Old town about 15 minutes stroll and bus station slightly closer. Exceptional cake shop just across the road and large supermarket less than 10 minutes turning right from the hotel. Room was simply furnished but the bed was very comfortable and there is a fridge. Not many plug sockets if you have got many devices which need charging. Bathroom was compact but newly refurbished and everything worked well. The room was cleaned to a high standard daily. Only had breakfast one day but it was pleasant and charmingly served in the outdoor seating area. I didn't have to have much interaction with the staff as I am familiar with Chania and Greece. However,  they were always welcoming and helpful when required. I really enjoyed my visit and would be delighted to return.

This is a dream hotel as it was run by a lovely greek family. The room is a typocal hotel room and a little old fashioned in english terms but we wouldnt have it any other way. The room gets cleaned every single day but Sundays and i cant believe how well it was done netter than any english hotels. If you want somewhere to lay your sunhat i would definitly recommend here.

We paid 44 € / night and personally it was a pied à terre from the first day and I slept very badly. Positive points: 10 minutes from the Kentriko bus station, places to park, keep our suitcases, close to the beach and restaurants, close to car / scooter rental. Super friendly staff! Negative points: in the room it cracked all night, smell of closed, very kitsch decoration.
