Hotel Novotel Brussels City Centre

Overall the room was very nice and clean, cleaning staff were very polite and nice, however can’t say the same about the reception. At first upon checking in the lady at reception didn’t try to acknowledge us and really took her time checking us in. But at the check out came the biggest surprise when asking for a mask I was told by the same lady very rudely that you asked for a mask before you can’t ask for it again. And after saying alright thank you came no response. Very impolite and rude. Just an advice if you are students enjoying a city break in this hotel you will not get the same treatment as other guests.

Great location, close to everything, all in walking distance.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The crew is nice and helpful.
You can find here a nice restaurant, GYM, spa, and inside pool.
It's a little complicated to get here from Charleroi airport but it is possible.

We had a quick stay. The hotel was centrally located. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, their TV service was not working one of the days and I was disappointed with the customer service when I called to ask about it. We were leaving the next morning so I didn't matter too much.

The  thing I didn’t like it Breakfast time is so tight!! start early morning and finish 9.30 am.
With kids it’s really difficult to be on time .. my kids missed the all the breakfast.
