Other disappointed customers....
We reserved more than a month in advance.
First we did reserve at Manos Stéphanie and few days before our departure we have been informed we needed to move to Manos 1er due to renovation at the original location. They told us we will get premium room as we already paid!

We asked for communicating rooms but they weren’t even on the same floor!

One of the room was very small and had a bad smelly.

We didn’t had hot water for two days out of 4!

One of the room have not been done one day.

At checkout nothing have been offered as a compensation for all the inconvenience not even a fee parking that we paid (30 €/day)

I recommend you try other hotels than Manos who are more concern with making money than customers satisfaction.

A special venue and excellent food.
An 80th birthday called for something special. In Brussels we drove to Chausée Charleroi and were struck by the attractive green façade of Manos Premier. This is clearly a five-star establishment, but one that is welcoming, relaxed and friendly. Our deluxe suite overlooked a courtyard and garden with attractive seating. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, leading into a generous lounge. Service is personal and the food is excellent. Highly recommended.

Everything you could want in a hotel
This hotel has everything an outstanding hotel needs. Service, comfort and quality.
Service:
The front desk and wait staff are friendly and professional as well as fluent in many European languages.
Comfort:
The room was very comfortable with a wonderful bed and lovely lighting. The bathroom bright and very clean with fresh shampoo conditioner lotion and shower get each day. The breakfasts were outstanding with a vast choice of pastries, cereal, fruit, meats, cheese, drinks as well as waffles, pancake and crepe. The gym open 24/7 had two of everything. Bikes, Nordic track, treadmill, free weights, leg and chest press and bars. There was also a mat area for stretching or yoga.
Quality: From the art on the walls to the lighting in the rooms and public area this hotel deserves all of its stars. When I return to Brussels i will return to Hotel Manos Premier.

Super Place to stay!
Ok, so I have stayed at the Hotel Manos Premier 3 times. The first time I just booked the cheapest room available and I was really impressed with how nice and comfy the room was with a really nice shower and I slept there really well for 3 nights with days of journeying out into the city (20 min walk to just about everything). The second time I stayed there I got a slightly better room which had an amazing bath tub. I am definitely a bathtub person and I had been staying in an apartment without a bath tub for 3 weeks so to come back to Brussels and have a nice long soak was heavenly. The 3rd time I stayed there I was so overcome with the charm of my room that I made a video and posted it on my youtube channel (gina musetti). I absolutely adore this hotel and this time I took pictures so I will include them here. So cozy, so clean so interesting, plus a great staff, great dining room, garden and more areas that I didn't even have time to explore. I loved staying here, I felt very welcomed and very at home and safe. Easy walk or tram ride to all the shopping, dining, antique stores, museums, beautiful gardens, city tours etc. Also the staff was super helpful with everything every time that I stayed there. I only had two dinners there but they were both really good and breakfast was really nice and relaxing. I can't wait to have the opportunity to travel there again.

Fairly good but...
I have reserved a nice genius offer for a superior double room -presented as being 20sq m. When we arrived at the room it was an attic room with lots of noise from the street and far from having 20sqm. I know I did not pay much for the room, but only if I knew, I would have preferred to pay 50eur more but have a normal room, or choose anothor hotel. The noise of the tram, ambulances and beeping sound is a real inconvenience. Since I had a very important exam the next day... it was really not a pleasure as I am a light sleeper. I encourage the hotel to separate the street side rooms and smaller rooms from the standard ones because as a client, my expectations for a 5 star hotel are far from being met.

Very nice hotel
The gentleman at the desk was very helpful when checking us in and offered to bring our bags to our room. There was no bellman and no carts. The elevator is typical European and very small. Our room (superior) was a nice size and decorated nicely with a small desk, 2 chairs and a small seat. Bathroom was good size. Shower was great with a rain shower head. Safe was on the floor of the closet - not very convenient. Bed was comfortable. This hotel is a bit of a walk - they said 20-30 min but really more like 45 min- to the Grand Square/Place. Hotel Manos Stephanie is on the same street and a few blocks closer. Both are very close to Louise street with high end shopping. Restaurants near Louise were very good. We did not purchase the breakfast. At 25 Euro per person, we thought it too much. We walked about 10 min to a small café. Very good! There is also a grocery store within a 10 min. walk.

Great boutique hotel despite grumpy recepti
I have been going to this hotel once or twice every 2-3 years for the past 13 years !

It has some very cosy and charming rooms and some really small ones in corners difficult to reach if you have a lot of luggage like me...stairs all over the place !

The receptionists ( both the male & female ) are helpful though they are not the happy kind and have little empathy, but the place is very well managed, the food is good, the lounge is cozy and warm, the garden cute. The hammam in the basement is great though i went there only once in all these years.

One of the best boutique hotels in brussels altogether.

Charming hotel - great location
The Manos Premier hotel is very well located close to Place Stéphanie. The hotel has an old-world charm and feel to it; there are lots of good restaurants close by.
The staff at reception were helpful and very polite.
My room looked out to a back garden, just over the glass roof of the restaurant. It included a Nespresso coffee machine as well as an electric kettle - a great plus for someone who likes to be able to have tea in the room.
I would definitely go back again.

Lovely stay, but oh those stairs!
Stayed 4 nights in march 2017.

Huge room with massive bathroom as well.
All comfortable and clean.

Breakfasts from a buffet with cook-your-own boiled eggs.
Plenty of choice from cereals, fruit and bread/cakes.

Staff all very friendly and helpful.

All in all a nice place to stay.

Two caveats....

One side of the hotel does not have lifts. I ended up this is and was in room 25 which involved 4 flights of stairs (50 plus in total). I got really fed up with this over the stay.

Also the spa area is in the basement, and I found it claustrophobic. There was a sauna, jacuzzi and steam room, but it's quite a small area.

Plus they wanted €25 per person per visit, so I gave it a miss.

Would I return? Definitely but I'd ask for a room served by a lift!

Vriendelijk onthaal, prachtige en kraaknette kamer met salon en en slaapgedeelte op mezzanine. Ontbijt perfect in orde. Het bijhorende restaurant is ook een aanrader: heel vriendelijk personeel en lekker eten. De Spa is aangenaam. Alleen jammer dat de massagedouche verkalkt is. We komen graag terug!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome. The room was very spacious with 2 stairs and super clean. We arrived late but we were still allowed to go into the spa, they opened it up for us privately. Which was also very nice. We’ve had late night dinner, champagne and spa. And next morning breakfast in our room, we loved the service! Thank you!!

I called them to cancel my reservation they told me to to do it myself (which is understandable) but when I asked how I can do it by myself they just didn’t answer to my question and hung up. Soo i wrote them a mail to explain the situation and again to ask how I can proceed to cancel my reservation, they just told me the same thing without any detail on how I can do it and plus they just told me that what I was telling in my previous mail wasn’t true so they just wanted to say that I’m a liar. Wrote a second mail and asked for the 3th time how I could cancel they responded « thanks for your mail » .. what I can see from the reviews is that the workers here are really rude and I can confirm without even going there. Ps: they also threatened to debit the money from my card if i don't cancel.

The bedroom was so beautiful.  However, I did not know that 25 euros would be attached for a cup of coffee in the back park instead of in the morning hall.  If I had explained it properly, I would have tasted the meal lightly, but it's a pity.  And the coffee they brought was spilled.  In the garden where I sat, the chairs and tables were not cleaned because it was raining.  It would have been great if there was more clear communication, but it was clearly not a cost commensurate with the service.

Very well decorated hotel with nice rooms. Reality really fits the pictures and descriptions that I saw online. The spa is very nice too. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is the breakfast. I would recommend eating it in a coffee shop in the neighborhood. Our was cold and very below average.
