Hotel ibis Brussels off Grand Place

Great staff and location. Rooms very small, poorly designed, very loud. Beds uncomfortable. Advertising of amenities were inaccurate. Staff at front desk very accommodating and refunded the remainder of our stay after one unenjoyable night.

The room i got was in the 4th floor.  It was very quiet, a little bit small but the bed was great and the same was the bathroom. The breakfast was very good , but in my case it wasn't included in the room's price. But the biggest asset of the hotel is its position, just one block from Grand Place, and the people working in the reception. They were very polite , especially Spyridoula. Thank you for everything. Thumbs up.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Brussels. Really near the Brussels Central station as well, so getting around was no issue. Rather friendly staff who are ready to help at all hours of the day - including at midnight when we came back one time. Checkout is at noon, though they will gladly hold your bag if you'd like to walk around the city before you leave to catch your late flight / bus / train.

The staff were very kind. The location is perfect. The room was clean and big enough. The checking-in and checking-out was very fast. I had a special request at the arrival and the staff were absolutely open to it and flexible. Next time we are going to stay in this hotel also. Highly recommend!
