Atlas Hotel Brussels

Great location for the price with extremely pleasant reception staff. Breakfast was good as well. The rooms had everything you'd need although they were a tiny bit dated. Nothing to worry about though as overall very pleasant.

The guy at front desk during check-in was not helpful or friendly. He rejected my printed vaccination certificate from Asia which can’t be scanned by QR despite we explained EU regulation allowed other regions’ official certificate - he kept insisting in Belgium only QR worked.
The room was smaller than it looked on website.
Another night we wanted to borrow cutlery to eat some food we bought and was surprised the hotel staff said restaurants alrdy closed so they didn’t have it as the the restaurant was locked (it was around 8pm I think). Thought they should have basic items like this? Luckily after a while they found some spare cutlery for us to use.
Good thing is location.

Hotel's localization is AMAZING - you'll be within walking distance to everything and with good connections to public transportation (Brussel's train station, metro, bus...). Hotel is clean and rooms have everything you will need. We had issues with the shower, where the water would either be super cold or boiling.
Staff is also welcoming. Breakfast is ok, covers the basics - but could be better/offer more variety.
All in all, a good stay and a nice hotel!

Comfortable beds, decent breakfast. Friendly staff and superb location. Rooms quiet large and nice for a 3 star hotel. Bathrooms a bit basic but good enough for a short stay. We have stayed twice now and will return again.
