Hotel Dukes' Palace

From the greeting at the front desk and the willingness to answer questions the front desk staff was friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. The restaurant and bar staff were extremely friendly and professional and attentive. Overall, I rate this hotel with 5 stars. I travel all over the world and have been to 30 countries. This hotel is on my list to return to for both pleasure AND business.

Fantastic hotel when in Brugge. We were celebrating my partner's birthday and the hotel allocated us a very nice room on the top floor with a nice view of the grounds. Breakfast is very nice also. The location could not be more central. Highly recommended.

Absolutely superb. We stayed in Room 516 for 4 nights and I cant imagine staying anywhere else in Brugge. The rooms were clean and spacious, the restaurant/bar was incredible, and the location was perfect. The hotel is essentially 15 minutes or less away from everything by walking. Plus, the hotel has an amazing history to it as well. A big thank you to the entire staff from the couple in 516 who stayed from May 17- May 21. Thank you for the perfect room and for getting us the large bed! Brugge was unforgettable and it all started with our stay at the Dukes!

We were fortunate enough to Have the opportunity to stay here, during a recent trip to Bruges. Centrally located, right off of a main pedestrian and shopping area. Hotel dukes is a classy, or find, yet inviting property. The building itself is a beauty to look at, with interior decorations and a garden to match. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel feels like a true Grande Dame. Enjoyed finishing the evenings at the bar/restaurant area, for an excellent drink. This is the kind of place you’d like to hang out for a little while and just relax and take in the environment. Definitely make this a place to stop in and take a look, even if you’re just visiting the area.
