Cœur de City Hôtel Bordeaux Clémenceau by HappyCulture

I stayed for three nights and was very pleased. The bed was clean and comfortable, though the room and particularly bathroom was rather small. The location is ideal for those who want to be within walking distance of many of the city's beautiful sites. The service was exceptional! There was a billing error that I didn't notice until the day after I departed, but after contacting the hotel, they quickly fixed the problem!

Gets the award for smallest shower. Room had a strong odor of disinfectant so we had to keep the windows open. I think they nickel and dime you if they can. The reception person was nice.  But a not very straight faucet which felt like it might fall apart every time I used it. No bike parking. First hotel in France which would not accommodate our bikes.

The location is in the heart of the city which is great! However, the room was extremely noisy. Staff was very polite and helpful and the breakfast was nice. But the room and the elevator were extremely small and the air smelled like something very old and dusty! Major downside is lack of refrigerator in the room! Could be a great place but desperately needs renovation!

This hotel has been over sold. Much smaller than expected. Shower and toilet tiny. In urgent need of redecoration. The so called business and lounge areas don't really exist. They are some seats in a corridor. Breakfast barely makes the grade of a continental style buffet. Very minimalist. Could be cleaner.
