Hotel Belle Époque

I have no complaints about our short stay here. It was a small hotel that was decorated with a vintage feel. Our room was nice, we had a decent coffee machine, chocolate on our pillows, and fruits. The bed was comfortable and everything seemed clean. The bathroom even had little shaving kits! The staff was friendly and we even got tickets for the bus included. We did not try the cafe but everything else was great.

Great hotel in the center of the older part of Bern. The location is really convenient and parking is a 5 minutes (maximum) walk away. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and professional. Everything was clean and organized. I was there with my three year old daughter and they offered is a quieter room, which was really nice of them. Overall, this was a great place to stay.

While strolling through the old town of Bern Switzerland, my husband and I stopped in and had coffee and chocolate buns, they were very tasty and the coffee was most nice. The place was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

The location is great, the room was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was good. They don't have parking on sight, but it's very near and they offer you a discount by paying at the hotel.  Breakfast buffet was poor. Cost was excessive considering the quality of the place.
