InterContinental Barcelona, an IHG Hotel

We stayed here for 3 nights in Barcelona. It’s quite nice and quiet in the room. The bed is very wide and comfortable too. We got nice street view to see the mountains and the city. Even the church you can get a nice view from the roof top. There’s a rooftop pool too. I like to enjoy the sun there! The only bad thing is that the hot water from the shower came very slowly after a long time.

Great experience right from start to end. The pool upstairs is a must even if you are not a guest at the hotel. Breakfast with a full crowd was a bit slow though but all worth the wait. Rooms are spacious with great views experienced though big honest windows. Be careful of the exuberant mini bar prices though.

Incredible hotel experience. Fantastic accommodation and amenities. The terrace pool is located on the roof, thus only really comes in use in the warmer months. Fabulous conference and breakfast facilities. I would highly recommend to those wanting a more refined, quieter experience just outside the market and shopping areas easily accessed by taxi or 20min walk.

We stayed at Intercontinental Barcelona for 3 nights and loved our stay here. Their rooms are so very spacious, elegant and well designed. The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. Marcelo in particular in guest relations was very friendly and helped us with a lot of useful tips. On top of this, the location is also very good. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Barcelona!
