ABSOLUTELY RECOMENDET PLACE TO STAY IN ATHEN
First at all I want to thanks to wonderful staff
Of hotel Kubic. They made our stay extra exclusive and joyable.
Hotel deserve all gratefulst in al categories.
Hotel is placed very centray and on walking distance to all sevetities.
Room ar nicely decorated and very very clean.
All what you need in one room is there.
Our room had view to Acropulis fro our terace what gives even extra dimension tou you stay. What can be better than cold bottle of vine on balcony vith Acropolis view.
Beckfast was excelent and many hotels who clame higher standard can learn a lot. No one moment is missing anithing and everithing is very fresh.

Great hotel, not so great area
This is a really good budget hotel - the hotel was clean throughout, the rooms were spacious, and staff were really friendly and happy to help. We only really used the hotel to sleep and spent our days in and around Athens, bit it was nice coming back to a clean and safe environment.
The location of the hotel however is run down and a bit sketchy, as three women travelling we didn't feel particularly careful walking around after dark here and stuck to main roads to get between the more touristy areas or Athens and our hotel. It's a shame too as the hotel is in 15 - 30 minutes walk distance of all the major sites in Athens, we didn't end up needing to use public transport at all and could walk everywhere, so it's very handy in that regard. I would be cautious about staying in this area if I was a solo traveller or a family with children.

• Good breakfast, the location close to the underground station and near by the city centre, especially the old city centre. The green garden on the roof with the nice view.
Disliked
• No possibility to open the window. Cold eggs on the breakfast.
