Hilton Antwerp Old Town

Awesome hotel. Double room was very comfortable and well appointed with bathroom having a bath and separate shower. A coffee pod machine in the room was also a nice touch and most welcome for a busy weekend! Breakfast was amazing with something for everyone, particular favourites were smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, as well as the viennoiserie. The staff were all very polite and friendly. Highly recommended!

Great location, good breakfast, not great service. The rooms are comfortable, and you can't beat the location. As always, Hilton breakfast was great, but service at breakfast was terrible. You can get made to order breakfast if you order with a waiter, however, In the 3 mornings we had breakfast we never had a server come to our table. No one ever checked on us or asked us anything.

Great location in Old Town, it is also pet friendly which is wonderful. Parking is at the public garage, but has access to the entrance of Hilton. Busiest Hilton we have stayed at in Europe. The rooms & furniture are dated, they feel grimy & need to be remodeled. Check in was good, a bit of a wait for how busy the hotel seemed, but staff members were friendly. Breakfast had a great variety. More staff is needed,  no one checks on you, no waiters take personal egg orders as advertised. Only staff members we saw were 2 clearing tables and 1 restocking the food in the 2 mornings we spent there. Overall, good stay, it's a Hilton so you know what you get. Just may not get all the perks as other locations in Europe.

Great location and probably the nicest Hilton I've personally stayed in. Rooms were huge and comfortable, basically what you'd expect from the brand. Perfect location right on the square, short walk to shopping district for clothes and chocolates. So many great bars and restaurants on the door step as well.
