Crowne Plaza Zurich, an IHG Hotel

The queen standard room is super small. Which is why I'm guessing they didn't want to give us a baby crib right away...They also don't allow full access to the windows, so it can become stuffy really quickly and the best relief you can find is the air conditioner, which is not the same. I loved the fact that they serve a full breakfast,  but I missed it so I cannot confirm how great the buffet is. Nice staff.

I have spent a weekend with some pals in this hotel, the reception lady was extremely helpful and so nice ! The lobby has this cozy vibes which makes you wanna have a cup of coffee or tea and just relax. Since my friend is a member the manager gave us access to the rooms a little before check in time, which was really great. We had two twin rooms, not connecting but just next door. I have personally loved the comfort of the bed - Just perfect ! Also rooms are spacious, a kettle with a variety of tea and coffee are available in the room. A bottle of water is also offered by the hotel ! Next morning we all had breakfast included, the amount if choices are surprisingly good, you will honestly find what you really like in there ! The parking is also easy to find, it is an underground parking, spacious and very convenient ! I recommend this hotel!

Rooms are good but bathroom had water drainage issue for the room which they provided us. That's the only reason for not giving 5 stars. Very good breakfast options with live counters for pancakes and egg items. We as vegetarians had decent options as well. Closest public transport is around 400 metres away from the hotel.

Excellent experience. Car parking easy even for our big car (just call reception). Great room - we took a junior suite and it was very spacious and worth the extra. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast offered great choice of hot and cold. Staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful.
