In total it was an okay-ish experience. The location is central and close to tram and bus station and grocery stores. Room is equipped with a smart TV and fridge. But did not have a dining table, and there was only one chair.
The breakfast was not sufficient and if due to covid-19 they don't have buffet, at least they could give a menu to the guests to choose their favorite breakfast items.
Couch was broken. They did not change towels regularly (only 2 times out of 4 night stay). The room was next to a tram railway and too noisy.

Good place, close to most places in Oslo. helpful and nice receptionists. Good and wide room.

We had a family room which was comfortable and clean. Two double beds were ready for us. The general view of the hotel, and especially the corridors, is the need of an upgrade, it looks outdated. Breakfast is pretty good, good selection of breads and warm and cold thing to go with.

Very good location. It's a five minute walk from the National Theater station so it's easy to get to from the airport. And just steps away to a tram station, and close to a bus terminal. People that's three modes of transportation at your disposal to use! Never had any problems with my room, maybe a bit cold at night but that's just me being from a sub tropical region..19 C is cold for me! Would stay here again!
