Hotel staff incredibly helpful and kind! Helped us print our flight information and helped set us up with a taxi to the airport and set up appointments for covid tests at the local hospital, 7 minutes walking. We are very thankful for their assistance. The building is beautiful. The room was very unique, VERY unique, clean and modern. Our only recommendations are to provide a non-slip mat for the stainless steel shower and tub. It's a little scary with so many sharp corners, we didn't want to slip and so we had to use our towels in the shower and bathroom floor for traction. We would have loved to have our own coffee maker in the room as well. Otherwise, a great experience and would recommend for a very unique experience. Only 15 mins from the Madrid airport.

Decent hotel. Stayed in one of the Zaha Hadid rooms, which was quite incredible. For fans of her studio’s work, I would say it’s quite worth it. The bathtub was absolutely massive and the room was full of nice design details that made it a special stay.
As for the hotel itself, it doesn’t necessarily live up to the rooms. The look and feel of the hotel, in general, is a little dated. The one thing that looked modern — the bars — were temporarily closed presumably because of the pandemic. One restaurant was open at the time of visiting that I did not try out. Room service and staff were nice enough and accommodating. Overall, for a 5-star hotel, I would expect a little more attention-to-detail and a fresher look.
Lastly, it’s in a good location. It’s not in central Madrid but it’s easy to get there via public transport or taxi. Expect a decent stay but not luxury.

Stylish business hotel with unique floors. My floor was all black, which was awful, but the others looked quite cool. The bar is very spacious and all the staff are really helpful and have patience, especially for non-Spanish speakers. It’s very close to the airport and to a whole array of businesses.
The views are not really great and it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get into “town”
The bedrooms are Big enough and clean and everything works.
I will most likely choose this hotel again for my next Business visit.

Location and cleanliness 10. Take a toothbrush and toothpaste, there is only one gel-shampoo. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable but you sleep well on the bed. The rooms are small but they are very good value for money. At night you hear the noise from the street (at least if you are on the Gran Vía side, but the views make up for it.
I would repeat.
